2013 John Copper Works GPII
2013 Mini John Cooper Works GP II.
The Mini John Cooper Works GPII are probably the most performance focused hot hatches on the road today, only 2,000 examples were ever produced world wide making them a very sought after car for any mini and car enthusiasts in general. Powered by a 1.6 Turbo charged 4 cylinder unit the car produces an astonishing 216 horsepower.
Rather than focusing on just power upgrades over the standard John Cooper Works car, the GP2 offers stiffer (fully adjustable) suspension as well as bigger brakes and track focused tyres, the rear seats have been removed to save weight and in their place you will find a rear torsion bar to improve rear rigidity.
A rear diffuser has been added to the GP2 as well as a carbon fibre rear wind and exhaust system, when in sport mode you are sure to hear a Mini JCW GP2 coming as if pops and bangs on over run, it is a very addictive noise when driving that car.
This particular car has covered just over 20,400 miles from new and offers surprising levels of comfort and refinement on the interior. Leather, heated seats, I-Pod connection, phone etc as well as aftermarket carbon fibre interior trim which compliments the interior very nicely.
